چکیده

In this work, a new model is described for the case of interference between thermal, plasma and elastic waves in non-local excited semiconductor medium. The governing equations have been put under influence moisture diffusion one dimension (1D) when thermal conductivity medium taken variable form. Linear transformations were used to describe dimensionless model. photo-thermoelasticity theory according diffusivity was applied using Laplace transforms obtain analytical solutions. time domain, complete solutions are obtained linearly conditions (thermal ramp type non-Gaussian shock) surface through numerical methods inverse transforms. Numerical simulation display basic physical quantities study graphically. current research has yielded several specific examples great significance. Many comparisons made fundamental variables such as relaxation times, conductivity, parameters, reference parameters graphing describing them theoretically.

Determiination of moisture diffusivity in porous media using moisture concentration profiles

Abstract--A procedure is presented to determine the moisture diffusivity for drying from measured moisture concentratio~a profiles. From error analysis it is shown that the applied space grid for scanning and the one-dimensional resolution of the NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) method used for the measurements had a minor influence on the accuracy of the determination of the moisture diffusivi...

Advanced Thermal-Moisture Analogy Scheme for Anisothermal Moisture Diffusion Problem

We propose an advanced thermal-moisture analogy scheme to cope with the inherent limitations of the existing analogy schemes. The new scheme is based on the experimentally observed unique hygroscopic behavior of polymeric materials used in microelectronics; i.e., the saturated concentration is only a function of relative humidity regardless of temperature. A new analogy formulation based on the...

Moisture Diffusion in Cementitious Materials Adsorption Isotherms

This article describes an improvement on a previous model proposed by Ba~ant and Najjar, in which moisture diffusivity and moisture capacity are treated as separate parameters. These parameters are evaluated from independent test results, and are shown to depend on the water:cement ratio, curing time, temperature, and cement type. The moisture capacity is obtained as the slope of the adsorption...

Measurement Thermal Conductivity and Thermal Diffusivity of Chromium Nanofluids

In this study, nanofluids of Chromium (Cr) in water, Ethylene Glycol and Ethanol have been prepared using single step method. The thermal conductivity and diffusivity of these nanofluids were measured via hot wire-photothermal deflection technique. Based on finite difference method (FDM) temperature distribution and photothermal deflection caused by the hot wire inside nanofluids was obtained. ...

Lumber moisture evaluation by a reflective cavity photothermal technique

Photothermal methods constitute a convenient approach for the nondestructive quality control of industrial materials because they are rapid and noninvasive. One such application is the monitoring of moisture in unseasoned lumber for drying mill process control. This paper describes a photothermal method for the analysis of moisture in wood by measuring its surface temperature rise under laser r...
